"The folks at CRG Collections were very professional, and quite successful. It was great having them in my corner. Within two months they had collected all ten thousand dollars owed. Frankly, given what I knew about this debtor - I was stunned.
CRG Collections remits collected funds weekly, on Fridays for all funds collected through the previous Friday – so no waiting a month for your money. They provide remittance though wire, ACH and check. I selected wire and was very happy with their remittance process. CRG Collections provides a web interface to allow their clients to monitor the collection process, and this was something I used constantly over these two months. The collector enters notes summarizing their contacts with your debtor, and you can even send the collector a message through this interface if you feel the need.
Overall I would have to say that CRG Collections did an excellent job, provided great transparency - and would be my first choice for any future collections needs"
