Required Initial Costs
CRG clients can request a no-obligation litigation quote on any claim that has been submitted for contingency collections. This request for quote in no way obligates your company to proceed with litigation unless it is your desire to do so.
If you do choose to authorize your claim for litigation you will be invoiced for the up-front costs associated with filing a lawsuit. These fees cover such items as filing fees, process service fees, and legal management fees.These costs can vary significantly from one jurisdiction to another, but generally cost between $350-$500.
To ensure the lowest possible cost of litigation CRG will quote you these fees on a case-by-case basis after discussing strategy with our legal counsel in your debtor's area.
Litigation Contingency Rates
Contingency fees for litigation generally fall between 35% to 45%, which represents compensation for the attorney working the case as well as CRG. These fees are also quoted on a case-by-case basis, and will be included in the quote you receive outlining your required initial costs.
