National Account Executive
Experience: Minimum of 1 year agency sales experience, or 3 years in similar financial or B2B services sales experience. Executive-level consulting-based sales is preferred.
Earnings: Successful candidate can expect realistic minimum earnings of $31,000 to $55,000 in the first year. Second year earnings should not fall below $42,000 and should have a realistic expectation of $55,000 to $75,000. Successful candidates should expect $90,000+ in annual compenstation in year three (3) and beyond.
Responsibilities: Account Executives are responsible for aggressively marketing CRG services to qualified prospect companies, managing a database of previously qualified potential customers, as well as servicing existing client relationships. Multi-product sales opportunites exist and are expected to be aggressively pursued.

Earnings: Successful candidates should expect 1st year earnings of of $31,000 to $48,000 depending on performance.
Responsibilities: Position requires managing a collection unit of up to 500 collection files with balances ranging from $200 to $2,500

Consumer Collection Professional - Level II
Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in consumer collection agency environment. Advanced knowledge of FDCPA required.
Earnings: Salary, Commissions, and Bonus opportunities will vary based on experience and level of performance. Additionally, shift-differential bonues are available.
Responsibilities: Position requires managing a collection unit of up to 600 consumer records with varied account balances. Alternating nights and weekend shifts are required.
